To make reservations please call the Encore Hotel directly at 1-866-770-7555. The SCVS Housing Deadline has passed and space is limited. If you are unable to get a room reservation please contact the SCVS administrative offices for assistance (978-927-8330).
ROOM DEPOSIT:
All reservations must be accompanied by one night deposit in the form of a major credit card. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made no later than 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made after the 5 day cut off will be subject to a penalty of one night’s deposit.
