The 2011 SCVS Annual Symposium
Housing Room Block is SOLD OUT

Accommodations for the SCVS room block at the Walt Disney Swan Hotel is currently filled and the hotel is sold out on various dates over the course of the meeting. The hotel has, however, opened up a few rooms on a first-come, first-served basis at the Walt Disney Dolphin Hotel next door. A waiting list has also been established at the Swan. Please use the housing link below or call the Walt Disney Swan Hotel to either make your reservation at the Dolphin or be put on the waiting list at the Swan as soon as possible. Once these rooms are booked you may be at risk of not getting a room on property.

Group Rate is $269.00 a night plus:
• $10.00 Mandatory Resort Service Package
• 12.5% city tax charge
• $25.00 per night Extra Person Charge

ROOM DEPOSIT:
All reservations must be accompanied by one night deposit in the form of a personal check or major credit card.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel this reservation, your individual deposit is refundable if notice is received at least five (5) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Cancellations must be made by email at grouprez@swandolphin.com.
